2010 Festival Information and Ticket Prices

 Festival Information:

Festival Dates: May 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, 30, plus Memorial Day May 31st, 2010
Festival Hours: 10am to 6:00pm (Rain or Shine!)

Parking at the festival is FREE!

Please note:

  • Pets are NOT allowed at the Festival, Parking Areas, or Castle Gywnn Grounds, and are never to be left in parked cars.
  • Festival Food and Beverages are available for purchase. No outside food, drinks, coolers, glassware or bottles are allowed on the Festival or Castle Gwynn grounds.
  • Recycle stands are located near the Entrance Bridge for those wishing to recycle their programs.
  • All ticket prices include free parking, festival events, and tours of the gardens and ground floor of Castle Gwynn (tours run between 11:00am - 3:00pm).


     Festival Safety Information:

  • Fire-arms, working or replica, are not permitted on Festival or Castle Grounds.
  • All swords and other weapons must at all times be peace-tied before entering our Festival. Festival personnel will assist with peace-tying at the Bridge Entrance.
  • Baby Strollers, large bags, and backpacks may be subject to inspection.

     Ticket Information:

    Please note, there are no refunds on any Festival admission sales.

    Tickets can be purchased:

    - at the ticket booth on the festival grounds on any day the festival is open
    - through the online ticket page with your Visa or MasterCard. Tickets can be mailed to you or left at the Will Call window at the Festival Grounds Ticket Sales Booth. Tickets you wish to be held at the Will Call window on the Festival Grounds must be ordered by noon on Friday to be available for the coming weekend.
    - by phone at (615) 395-9950 (M-F 10:00-4:30 CST), with your Visa or MasterCard
    - by mail with a Visa or MasterCard, check, or money order, by mailing us at:

    Please note, a $1.50 processing fee will be added to all phone, mail or online ticket orders.


      Ticket Prices:

    Your Tickets can be mailed to you, or left at the Will Call window at the Festival Grounds Ticket Sales Booth for when you arrive. Tickets to be held at the Will Call window must be ordered by noon on Friday to be available for the coming weekend.
    Visa and Mastercard are the only methods of payment for online ordering.
    All ticket prices include free parking, festival events, and tours of the gardens and ground floor of Castle Gwynn (11am-3pm).

    May 1 & 2 Opening Weekend Family Celebration Discount
    This discount is only available at our Festival Grounds Ticket Sales Booth on May 1st or May 2nd, 2010. Sorry, no online sales or Pre-Sale tickets are available for this offer. Please request this discount before purchasing your tickets at the Festival Grounds Sales Booth.
    Family Celebration Discount includes: 2 Regular Adult Tickets for $40.00; which entitles you to 2 additional Grandparent tickets free and free admission for all the children (ages 12 and under) in your family. Good for May 1st or May 2nd only.    		$40.00
