2008 Festival Information and Ticket Prices
Festival Information:
Festival Dates: May 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, 25, plus Memorial Day May 26th, 2008
Festival Hours: 10am to 6:00pm (Rain or Shine!)
Parking at the festival is FREE!
Please note:
Pets are NOT allowed at the Festival, Parking Areas, or Castle Gywnn Grounds, and are never to be left in parked cars.
Festival Food and Beverages are available for purchase. No outside food, drinks, coolers, glassware or bottles are allowed on the Festival or Castle Gwynn grounds.
Recycle stands are located near the Entrance Bridge for those wishing to recycle their programs.
Festival Safety Information:
Fire-arms, working or replica, are not permitted on Festival or Castle Grounds.
All swords and other weapons must at all times be peace-tied before entering our Festival. Signage identifies our peace-tying station, located in front of the Entry Bridge.
Baby Strollers, large bags and backpacks must also be tagged at the peace-tie station.
Please read and follow our Festival Rules of the Realm, printed in your free Festival program.

Ticket Information:
Tickets can be purchased:
- through the online ticket page with your Visa or MasterCard. Tickets can be mailed to you or left at the Will Call window at the Festival Grounds Ticket Sales Booth. Tickets you wish to be held at the Will Call window on the Festival Grounds must be ordered by noon on Friday to be available for the coming weekend.
- by phone at (615) 395-9950 (M-F 10:00-4:30 CST), with your Visa or MasterCard
- by mail with a Visa or MasterCard, check, or money order, by mailing us at:

For mail or phone orders, add $1.00 postage and handling.
Ticket Prices:
Your Tickets can be mailed to you, or left at the Will Call window at the Festival Grounds Ticket Sales Booth for when you arrive. Tickets to be held at the Will Call window must be ordered by noon on Friday to be available for the coming weekend.
Visa and Mastercard are the only methods of payment for online ordering.
