Williamson County Parks & Recreation is actively hiring Festival Aids to help run the Tennessee Renaissance Festival (TNRF) located at Castle Park for every weekend in May. TNRF Aids are temporary employees for Williamson County Parks & Recreation and represent WCPR while working at TNRF.
Responsibility includes but not limited to: event set-up; scanning tickets at the front gates; assisting administrative staff during festival hours; organizing the buses; checking bags; helping with special events; other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience: Able to work a minimum of 5 festival days and attend a mandatory orientation ahead of the Festival start date. Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with the public.
Must be 18 years of age or older. Background check required.

The dates for the Tennessee Renaissance Festival are Saturday May 4th, Sunday May 5th, Saturday May 11th, Sunday May 12th, Saturday May 18th, Sunday May 19th, Saturday May 25th, Sunday May 26th, and Monday May 27th.
